I believe each person has the capacity for growth and healing, especially when offered the right environment of empathy, acceptance and understanding.

Recognise, Understand, Change.
Working with Frontline Professionals
Prior to my counselling work, I spent many years working in high-pressure frontline enviroments. This gives me a deep appreciation of the unique stresses that professionals in policing and public frontline services often carry.
I offer a confidential space for anyone in these roles who may be struggling, whether with trauma, anxiety or burnout. Perhaps you feel unable to discuss issues with those around you. I understand the culture and the unspoken pressures.
My counselling room is a space where you can be you.

Let's work together.
If you are ready to take the first step in a new direction, get in touch with me.
I will support you in gaining greater clarity about yourself, understanding your feelings and needs, and exploring new paths for situations you face.
